While there is no General Meeting called, you may exercise, below, the remaining main rights conferred on you as a shareholder.

In order to request a General Shareholders’ Meeting, at least 5% of the company’s share capital is required, either individually or with the grouping of a group of shareholders holding 5% or more of the share capital.
